Heathrow is London's busiest airport and one of the longer runs from Ashford. Here's what to expect so the journey is the easy part of your trip.

How long does it take?

From Ashford town centre to Heathrow is about 89 miles, almost all of it on the M20 and M25. With clear roads the drive is around 1 hour 45 minutes. The M25 is the part that varies most, especially on weekday mornings and Friday afternoons, so we plan your pickup time around the time of day you're travelling, not just the distance.

When should we pick you up?

  • Your terminal. Heathrow has four: Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Check your booking, because airlines move between them.

Which car do you need?

A saloon takes up to four passengers with two suitcases. If you're flying with more luggage, an estate takes four passengers and four cases. Families and small groups usually need an MPV (six passengers), and our minibus takes up to eight people and eight cases.
