What we collect
When you send a booking request, a business account application or a driver application, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, flight numbers and any notes.
Why we use it
To quote for and arrange your journey, contact you about it, set up and invoice business accounts, and consider driver applications. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.
Where it's stored
Requests sent through this website are stored in our Wix account, which we use to manage bookings. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, those services also hold a copy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the journey, accounting and licensing requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
